From tales regarding tattoos in Siem Riap to Falun Gong followers in Vietnam, there seems to be no issue that isn’t written about by these intrepid travellers.
Such websites- often referred to as “travelblogs” - are popular with other backpacker-types and individuals who’ve already been to the country they are writing from. Also, such blogs provide an insight for the individuals thinking of journeying in the near future, so they serve a purpose as giving them a preview of what they can anticipate if they do decide to travel.
Nowadays it’s common to chance upon such blogs, and so it’s sometimes not sufficient to only offer some commentary on the country you’re presently in. Now there’s a need for travelblogs that pinpoint niches within the country they reside.
