RPS Consultancy Group Leases Managed Space in Caswell Science and Technology Park

RPS Consultancy group, an environmental consultancy group has recently shifted its offices to the Caswell Science and Technology Park, where it has leased desk space measuring 6,100 Sq ft in the Grafton building.

The consultancy group is supposed to shift its 43 member office staff to the new premises in Northamptonshire soon, thereby making the total occupants in the Park going up to nearly 210 members. RPS has leased the area for a five year period from Fasset, which has looked into the renovation as well as the maintenance of the entire managed premises.

The Park was open for leases in 2009 and has leased out a total of 170,000 Sq ft of office space, laboratory space as well as manufacturing space to various companies. However, the lease of RPS is the largest in terms of area.

The offer to renovate the entire premises was offered to Fasset last year after which it created managed office spaces in the area, which companies can lease out, thereby reducing the number of unoccupied space in the Park. The Grafton building was also renovated by the Fasset to ensure that it met all current requirements of building standards. The company also reinforced the flooring such that it can hold heavy weight shelf units.

According to Mitch Avis, Account Manager, Caswell for Fasset, the new entrant to the lease has increased the occupants to nearly 210 members and has ensured that it is continually growing. He went on to add that given the standard of a company like the RPS, it is obvious that neither party will actually waste time in finalising the lease and ensuring that all requirements are met with complete care.
